About
Charles “Chuck” Hollman is a lifelong resident of Greenmount in Carroll County, Maryland and graduated from North Carroll High School. Chuck earned a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in 1972, and graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1975. In 1977, Chuck co-founded the firm at the current location. He is admitted to practice law by the Maryland Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Chuck currently serves as counsel to the firm, and focuses his practice largely on matters involving real estate, land use/planning, zoning, probate and estate administration. Additionally, he serves as an appointed settlement conference officer for the Circuit Court for Carroll County, a member of the Character Committee of the Maryland Court of Appeals for the Third Appellate Circuit, and a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Committee on Judicial Appointments.

About
Matthew “Matt” Luzuriaga is a lifelong Carroll County resident. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business management with a minor in American political science from Bucknell University in 2005. Matt then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and Merrick School of Business, earning both his juris doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees in 2008. Matt served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Stansfield in the Circuit Court for Carroll County from 2008-2009, after which he joined the firm, focusing his practice largely on commercial and business litigation, family law, land use litigation and criminal defense. He is licensed to practice by the Maryland Court of Appeals, and is a member of the Carroll County Bar association, chairing its Young Lawyers Subcommittee. Matt is also a member of the CCBA’s Family Law Subcommittee, a volunteer attorney in the Family Law Center, and an appointed settlement conference officer for the Circuit Court for Carroll County.

About
Mandi was raised in Carroll County, Maryland, graduating from Westminster High School in 2003. Mandi attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2007, followed by graduation from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011. She is licensed to practice by the Maryland Court of Appeals, and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice; she also has a certification in mediation. Following practice at a private firm in Baltimore County, Mandi joined Hollman, Maguire, Korzenewski & Luzuriaga, Chtd. in 2017. Her practice focuses on personal injury litigation, criminal defense, real estate, domestic law, and estate planning/administration.
