If you have been charged with a criminal, DWI or traffic offense, it is about
your rights. Our criminal defense attorneys have many years of experience
defending clients in criminal, DWI and traffic cases.  We handle all types of
felonies, misdemeanors and traffic matters. We defend clients in matters
such as:

  •        DUI / DWI
  •        Traffic/MVA hearings
  •        Drug Possession/Distribution charges
  •        Theft and Burglary
  •        Fraud
  •        Domestic violence
  •        Sex crimes
  •        Assault
  •        Battery
  •        Juvenile matters

Through years of training and experience, we have the ability to carefully
review each individual case and attempt to locate and identify any
weakness in the prosecution’s case. We strive to make certain your rights
are protected and that the authorities acted in accordance with all laws
during its investigation of you.

We take time to fully explain to our clients the legal process from start to
finish including the penalties that may be imposed if convicted.  Our advice
includes a thorough review of all options available including whether a trial
or plea bargain would be appropriate.  We work closely with the State’s
Attorneys offices throughout Carroll and the surrounding counties.  We
appear regularly and try cases before the judges in the District Court and
Circuit Courts of these counties.  In DWI cases, we also can provide
representation at the administrative hearing that addresses potential
suspension of your driver’s license.  Finally, when permitted, we can assist
with pursuing an expungement of any criminal record.
